SCIX is an independent publication about artificial intelligence, science and the technology shaping everyday life. We explain what changed, why it matters and what is still uncertain.

Our standards

• Sourced. Every factual claim is checked against a primary source or reputable reporting, and each story lists its sources at the end.
• Clear about uncertainty. Preliminary results, preprints and company claims are labelled as such.
• Transparent about tools. We use AI tools for research and editing. When a tool we used is part of a story, we say so.
• Corrections. If we get something wrong, we fix it and note the change.

Your account & privacy

Accounts exist so you can like, save and discuss stories. We store your display name, email and a salted, hashed password; sessions use secure, HTTP-only cookies. We don’t sell data or run third-party trackers. You can delete your account and everything you posted at any time from your account page.
